Overview

SEND LSA: This primary school is looking to secure a SEND LSA, with a specialism in Autism to start ASAP for the remainder of the academic year. This role will need a passionate and resilient SEND LSA to work with children of different abilities across the Key Stages. You will also be expected to help encourage the learning of children with SEND whilst managing their needs in line with their EHCP plan. In this role you will: Work 1:1 with children who have SEND Have previous experience working with SEND children, specifically with Autism Run small group activities with one or more students Provide support to the teacher in the classroom This primary school is looking for someone who has the confidence to provide support and hit the ground running from their first day. The ideal candidate will have great communication and written skills with knowledge of both the KS1 and KS2 curriculum, along with the passion and dedication for working with SEND children.
