Opportunity knocks As an admin manager in an IFA practice you’ll have the skills to move into an operational capacity. You’ll know how to manage people. You'll know your way around health and safety and HR. And you can write policies and procedures. But you might not have had the opportunity to show your talents off. Well, this is opportunity knocking. And it knocks with a company whose Head of Operations has the same background as you. An office manager in a IFA firm. Because they have a small company vibe you will have the freedom and autonomy to act. You will know everyone's name. You will look forward to work. That dread that creeps over you on a Sunday will disappear. But because they have big company backing you will be secure. You will have the resources you need to be successful. And you'll have the support of your line manager (who happens to be great). You will be a troubleshooter extraordinaire. The person that three office managers will come to with their problems. And the person that ensures that the business runs like clockwork. You’ll help design how the operation works. You’ll recruit, train and manage.
