Title: Night Young Persons Support Worker Location: Meldreth, Nr Royston Hours: 39 hours per week (8:45pm – 8:15am) Salary: £20,475 - £22,400 About Us: We are a fantastic and friendly school and residential home which supports young people, aged 6-19, with complex needs or Learning Disabilities. We provide education, emotional support, therapy and personal care in an environment that is extremely friendly with specialised care. We are surrounded by beautiful grounds and offer a thriving and active working environment About The Role: As a Night Support Worker your role will be to provide our young people with personalised support throughout the night. As an individual with a passion for supporting young people you will help them with getting ready for bed and will encourage a healthy sleeping pattern. Once settled you will regularly check up on the students in your care and ensure they are happy and settled. You will assist with any difficulties/upsets during the night with a patient and calm approach. During calm periods we would like you to help with light housekeeping duties and ensuring the environment is safe, clean and tidy.
