Overview
Reed have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Qualified Social Work recruiter, to run and grow your own successful desk within Liverpool QSW. The successful candidate will lead social worker recruitment by developing new business opportunities, but also managing the existing client base. You will be working with local authorities and private clients, in recruiting for roles from Social Workers to Management. What will this role entail? Be proactive in researching and developing new business Build relationships with client and candidates, whilst delivering a great service Meet and exceed targets, both in activity and financially Sourcing and screening candidates, both F2F and telephone Hard working and flexible to business needs Advertise enticing vacancies You will need to have: Strong experience in QSW recruitment (ideally 2 years) Understanding and experience in high compliance recruitment Confidence and ability to develop new business Be able to work independently Be able to manage a high volume workload Enjoy building relationship with client and candidates Be able to take on addition responsibilities and be adaptable Benefits Working within an industry leading recruitment agency Management Training Academy for ongoing career progression 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays - option to buy up to 5 additional days per year Star Awards for top performing Consultants with additional bonus payments Bonus to salary conversion provides increased financial security for high performers Paid sabbaticals for long service Access to a powerful database with millions of candidates What happens next?
