Page Personnel are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to join their client, a leading infrastructure company based in Liverpool. The successful candidate will work closely with departmental managers and business leaders to ascertain their current and future recruitment needs and source employees in compliance with all policies & procedures. Description Responsibilities of the Recruitment Resourcer: Managing the recruitment systems and handling recruitment enquiries Screening CVs for a wide variety of job roles Coordinating interviews with hiring managers Liaising with recruitment agencies, job centres, head hunters and educational institutions Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process Advertising positions internally and externally on the Peel Ports careers page and job boards Provide constructive feedback to candidates in person, via telephone or in writing Assisting line managers with recruitment requisitions Administering appropriate company assessments Providing ad-hoc support to other HR projects when required Profile Requirements: Experience of working in a multi discipline recruitment environment, either in an in-house recruitment team or recruitment agency Previous experience working as a Recruitment Resourcer is advantageous An awareness of HR and the services it provides to a business and its employees The ability to prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment The ability to work under pressure with changing priorities Attention to detail, highly organised and efficient Effective diary management Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally Ability to work well independently and within a team Job Offer Benefits: 25 days holidays plus bank holidays Flexiworking Discounted retail / gym Cycle to work scheme Technology scheme Car finance scheme
