Overview

Is your experience gained in an FSA environment? Do you have previous complaint or claims handling experience? Have you been a decision maker in the complaints process? Our prestigious client based in Canary Wharf are looking to expand their existing complaints/claims team. With a fantastic training programme and enviable benefits package to boast, they are looking for candidates to join them on a permanent basis in their superb London location just a 10 minute walk from Canary Wharf. Duties: Utilising communication, problem solving and listening skills whilst liaising with customers - customers could include financial business and their customers Handling complaints and queries received in writing or over the telephone Gathering the necessary information to enable full investigation of a complaint and to provide a fair and reasonable outcome. Suggesting options and solutions for customers to consider. Building knowledge of the financial services - general insurance, PPI, investment and banking and credit and providing clear guidance on what is involved in setting up a complaint.
