Overview
Opportunity for a 2nd line support engineer to join a well established managed services company, based in the centre of Bristol for a single client. Ideal candidate MUST have worked within a legal environment, and will have ITIL background, with previous customer facing role, experience of - supplier escalations, legal apps, troubleshooting and diagnosing faults, Demo, knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, must be used to working in a secure environment, and must have great interpersonal and communication skills. Essential Experience -·Microsoft Office/Server/Windows Client/ Exchange, Active Directory, Network Cabling, Printer Hardware, DNS Desirable Experience - Office 365, Citrix XenDesktop and Xen Server, VMWare, Firewalls, Veeam, Sonicwall Routers, DELL & HP server network and hardware Looking to appoint ASAP
