Overview
Site Services Lead Location: Loughborough Salary: £37,000 excellent benefits package. Hours: Mon - Fri - Days (i.e. 0830 - 1630) The Opportunity My client is an established global pharmaceutical manufacturer who are currently looking for a Site Services Lead, based in Loughborough. You will be responsible for providing key management of the manufacturing site services (I.e. catering, vending, pest control) and day to day operational activities within the service providers whilst coordinating the legal documentation process. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the coordination of the site LD (Legal Documentation). Management of training process within the Plant Engineering department. Presenting LD information in audits. Responsible person for allocated LD files. Coordination of the departmental WI and SOP management process. Filing of GMP/ Regulatory/ Legal documentation as required Supervision of waste management Pest Control management Canteen and vending services management Overalls management and locker assignment Requirements Good level of literacy, multiple legislative and/or EHS qualifications. Wide experience of workplace legislation (eg Asbestos, Legionella, Pressure systems, LOLER etc), experience in both GMP & engineering environments, contractor control. Experience with Facility management. Knowledge of environmental, Health & Safety standards, manufacturing plant and engineering standards. Good interpersonal & team working skills, able to develop documentation or recording systems, highly PC literate including Microsoft Office applications, able to supervise contractors and coordinate activities Enthusiastic, Flexible, Conscientious and Proactive approach How do I apply?
