Overview

Want to be in a position where you keep all plates spinning at the same time? Have you got experience in supporting a sales function, including billing support? Based in Staines, my client are expanding their support function, and in need of a candidate who is able to think on their feet, good with numbers and has exceptional customer services skills. Some duties in this role will be to be the first point of contact for both customer and the Sales manager for invoice and billing related queries, create KPI reports to support the Sales Manager in analysing sales targets, support in chasing outstanding invoices from customers an suppliers, maintain accurate customer rates for billing, plus so much more To be considered you need to have a high attention to detail, be good with numbers and be confident on the phone. Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm During Covid-19 outbreak, interviews to be held on the telephone and via Skype
