Overview
Due to growth, a highly successful law firm based on the outskirts of Manchester City Centre is looking for RTA Solicitor/fee earner to manage a caseload of litigated files. You must be 2 years PQE or be non qualified with significant litigation experience. The firms values are based upon achieving the best possible result for the claimant, and not just getting a settlement offer for the claimant. This opportunity offers excellent potential for career progression for the right candidate. Plenty of solicitors have progressed from fee earning roles to managers/team leaders to operations to compliance. Its all about finding the right individual. The firm can offer both fast track and multi track (£25k-£200k) work to its employees.
