Process invoices and expenses Order stationary and supplies Ensure the office tidiness is maintained Arrange events Prepare meeting rooms Liaise and manage facilities Induct new starters Recruit staff that you will manage Manage budgets for the office supplies Profile A successful office manager will: Be organised Pay attention to detail Be confident and experienced with Microsoft Excel Be proactive Must be able to work independently on their work as well as support others when needed Must be able to keep information confidential. Job Offer As an office manager you will receive an annual salary of 30-45K
