Overview
Closing date: 8th April Senior Project Manager Digital Services, Portfolio Section This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Project Manager (PM) to join Haringey Council's Digital Services. The Portfolio section is responsible for the delivery of digitally enabled change transformation across the Council. In this role, you will be responsible for successfully delivering medium to large scale projects or workstreams in accordance with our project management framework. You will create business readiness plans and monitor business cases to help ensure planned business benefits are realised. You will also have the opportunity to help shape the development of the Portfolio Office including improvements to methods and tools used. About you You will be experienced in managing medium to large scale projects across the whole of the IT project lifecycle using different methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile. Ideally, you will also have worked with formal procurement processes and supplier selection. You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to be able to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and perspectives in different business contexts. You will be adept at managing Project Sponsors to ensure business functions are prepared for business as well as technical change. You should be expert in appropriate project management methods and tools to support the tasks above.
