HR Manager We are extremely pleased to once again be working with one of the UK’s leading catering equipment manufacturing businesses. They supply the highest quality of heavy catering equipment such as cookers, ovens and storage units into customers which include schools, universities, hotels, pubs, hospitals and restaurants. A rare opportunity has arisen to join the Human Resource department as the HR Manager . This is a fantastic opportunity for that person to either to the next step in their HR career into HR management or for a more established HR professional to join a fantastic, well established, leading business and help drive them forward. Responsibilities; To manage and undertake the day to date transactional HR duties Focus on delivering important HR initiatives Working within the business framework and structure, internal agreements and UK law ensuring that at all times the company and its employees adhere to current legislation and good practice Working with senior stakeholders in the business providing them with guidance and support on the full HR capabilities and activities Engage and interact with all employees in the business to gain trust and respect whilst driving a positive working culture at all times Manage annual salary review processes and benefits policies Encourage and inspire employees to embrace change, continuous improvement, company and personal development What they need within this person; An in-depth understanding of employment law Extensive knowledge of HR development programs Have ability to handle employee issues and take formal action where necessary Experience in conducting appraisals, assisting with enhancing individual performance Experience in recruiting ideal Ability to arbitrate and resolve sometimes complicated employee issues If this sounds like you then please submit your application now and we will endeavour to get back to you ASAP
