New Product Development Manager - FMCG Permanent, full-time Lovely offices based in Crawley, West Sussex RH10 Salary c. £40,000 pa benefits The company This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading B2C global company that is producing revolutionary products in beauty and wellness. With recognised brands sold online and in top retailers, you will be managing a top beauty line and also support on other categories in a collaborative team effort. This is a fairly small marketing and Brand team therefore you will have a high level of visibility and autonomy allowing you the freedom to do great things with the brands The role as NPD Manager Drive the NPD process across multiple brands right from conception through to launch Control the gate process, including completion of administration throughout the process Work closely with NPD, Sales, Marketing, logistics and Sales with a focus on product launch timelines and delivering within brand guidelines Manage sourcing new suppliers and conducting meetings as necessary Assist with supply chain negotiations and undertake gap analysis and competitor reviews Market gap analysis and competitor reviews Skills & Experience Ideally 2 plus years demonstrable NPD management experience Excellent understanding of the NPD process Ideally degree or equivalent in project management or similar area Strong knowledge of UK consumer market Budget management skills Strong business and commercial skills Good understanding of management systems Armstrong Lloyd specialises in marketing recruitment.
