Overview
The role: Sell off plan luxury new homes within a sales & marketing suite Manage and negotiate the sales process through to completion Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard When required, conduct market research in order to maintain current new homes industry knowledge Weekend work is required Further requirements: Be articulate, well-spoken and personable Strong Written, computer skills and previous report writing experience is a must. Always deliver exceptional customer service Team effort is intrinsic to the success of the scheme Able to work autonomously Target Driven Able to work in a fast paced environment Represent the developer's brand to the highest of standards Salary between £25,000-£30,000 and a competitive commission structure.
