Overview

Your new company A specialist building sub-contractor with a high record of success with a turnover of between £7-£10 million. Due to a retirement, they are looking for an Office Manager to join their team. Your new role You will be based in North London, joining a team of 6. Your main day to day duties will be: The management of office facilities and maintaining filing systems/office organisation Building and maintaining relationships with peers and senior management team whilst maintaining high levels of confidentiality Collating timesheets and putting the hours worked onto Excel Inputting invoices onto Sage Compilation of various reports within strict timescales General administration What you need to succeed: Your experience in a similar role with drive your success You will use your knowledge of Sage and Excel to your advantage in this role too Experience within sub-contractor/residential environment is also highly beneficial What you will get in return You will be offered a permanent contract with a salary of £28k-£30k. The company is a small yet holds a very successful project book - you will get the opportunity to put your stamp on a number of different exciting and unique projects. Due to coronavirus, they will be looking to onboard you at around April time, though this is dependent on the governments frequently updating guidelines.
