Security Analyst

Job Description - Security Analyst Harlow/Glenrothes This is a new role to be created within RSL security and will act as both a gateway to and coordination of collective/shared services and as a coordinator of the security metrics, tactical monthly meeting, action manager, security coordination centre manager and line manage an analyst and researcher. The successful candidate will be able to: Manage the coordination function within security. Manage 1 members of staff Provide support and advice to the wider business on security matters Coordinate all collective/shared services within security Manage/support security and related meeting Complete performance development reports for staff Manage the security administration function in support of the department Engage with key stakeholders across the business UK and beyond to improve service delivery within security Manage staff time, PTO and training &development Manage the delivery of security metrics Manage the delivery of the monthly security tactical documents and related actions Act as coordinator to all external third party contractors to process baseline and other security clearances Manage the site access process for RSL Support site security managers and related staff Other related security/security administration duties that arise About Raytheon UK With facilities in Broughton, Waddington, Glenrothes, Harlow, Gloucester and Manchester, Raytheon UK is invested in the British workforce and the development of UK technology.
