Chef de Partie High Quality Fresh Food Hotel Good Development Opportunities A Chef de Partie role is available at an established hotel located in the Kendal region of Cumbria Role: The Head Chef of a fantastic hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team of six chefs working in the kitchen.The restaurant at the hotel offers a menu with a wide choice of dishes that changes daily with classic recipes given modern interpretations prepared using locally grown produce wherever possible.The property is also used for private events including weddings which are plated live.The hotel is part of a small group so can offer a Chef de Partie the chance to train and progress within the company if they desire to do so. Requirements: A Chef de Partie who has been working in kitchens where you were preparing fresh ingredients to create dishes to a high standard.The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment is essential for this role.
