Senior Chef de Partie Hotel With Award Winning Dining Tips A hotel in the Windermere region of Cumbria is recruiting for a Senior Chef de Partie role Role: A Senior Chef de Partie role is available at a top quality hotel which offers its guests and visitors the opportunity to dine in the award winning restaurant.The chef needs a Senior Chef de Partie who can support them by working across the sections in the kitchen including being capable of working on the pastry section when needed.In this role you will be concentrating mainly on preparing dishes for the restaurant which serves lunch and dinner as well as afternoon teas there are some private dining events held at the property and weddings but this is not the main focus of the business. Requirements: A good all round Chef de Partie who has worked to two AA Rosette level with a good knowledge of classic French cooking is needed for this position.A chef seeking more responsibilities in their role including having an input on the menus would be ideal.
