A hotel situated in the Windermere region of Cumbria is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie Role: In this role of Senior Chef de Partie you will be joining a busy kitchen which serves several different dining outlets with separate menus including restaurant, bar and banqueting.The kitchen uses all fresh ingredients to create modern British dishes that reflect the best produce of the seasons.As Senior Chef de Partie you will be expected to be capable of running your own section with knowledge of other sections so that you are able to support the senior chef team by helping to keep the kitchen run smoothly whilst creating high numbers of covers. Requirements: A strong Chef de Partie who is seeking a step up in their career into a Senior Chef de Partie position would be ideal.Knowledge of a number of sections in the kitchen alongside plenty of experience of working in a multi-outlet dining venue where you were working with all fresh food is essential.
