A hotel located in the Bath region has a Junior Sous Chef role available in the kitchen Role: The Head Chef of a highly regarded hotel is seeking to appoint a Junior Sous Chef to the kitchen of the property.In this role of Junior Sous Chef you will be expected to bring strength to the kitchen with the ability to work across the sections depending on where you are required to be based.The hotel has a modern British restaurant that offers ‘a la carte’ menus but the hotel also has an all day snack menu which is also a popular choice.The property is looking to build its banqueting trade at present but currently hosts 15 weddings a year as well as other special events for up to 100 covers. Requirements: A Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef who has a stable CV based in two AA Rosette awarded kitchen is needed to take on this position.It is important that you have good cooking skills on all sections but are also capable of supervising the junior chefs in the kitchen in order to support the Head and Sous Chef.
