A Junior Sous Chef position is available at a fantastic hotel located in Bath Role: A country house hotel that has a busy dining operation is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to work in the kitchen creating high quality dishes.The hotel has a highly regarded main restaurant with menus featuring modern British, seasonal dishes but also has a more relaxed restaurant; an afternoon tea service; private dining rooms and wedding/ banqueting facilities.As Junior Sous Chef you will be expected to assist with the running of the kitchen whilst running the sauce section. Requirements: It is essential that all chefs applying for this role should have been working up to two AA Rosette standards in their most recent positions.Good all round hotel knowledge where you gained experience cooking for a variety of different dining outlets is essential.All chefs should already have good knowledge of sauce with the ability to jump straight onto this section.
