Chef de Partie Boutique Hotel 2 Rosette Fine Dining Live In A fantastic boutique hotel with 2 Rosette restaurant in Northumberland is seeking a Chef de Partie Role: A hotel that offers its customers modern British dishes that are full of flavour with everything created by the team of chefs on a daily basis is seeking a Chef de Partie. The Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie to run their own section of this busy fine dining establishment that provides lunch and evening menus as well as a busy banqueting department. This Chef de Partie role can offer you a great opportunity to continue learning in a standards focused environment that can offer plenty of scope for future career development opportunities. Requirements: A Chef de Partie who has recent experience of working within a high quality, 1 AA Rosette minimum fresh food kitchen catering to a very high standard. The ability to work well under pressure within a team environment is essential for this role.
