A country house hotel situated in Bath is recruiting for a Chef de Partie role Role: The Head Chef of a two AA Rosette hotel is currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team of nine chefs working in the kitchen of the property.This is a varied Chef de Partie position where you will receive excellent training to further develop your cooking skills whilst assisting with the preparation of dishes for the two AA Rosette restaurant; the Brasserie style restaurant; afternoon tea service; private dining and banqueting allowing you to progress your all round hotel experience. Requirements: All Chef de Parties applying to this position should have been working in kitchens awarded with a minimum of one AA Rosette.Experience of working in a kitchen serving a multi-outlet dining operation would be an advantage in the recruitment process.The ability to run your own section is necessary for this position.
