Overview

A hotel located in Nottingham is seeking to appoint a Chef de Partie to the kitchen Role: Joining the team of eleven chefs working in the busy kitchen at a large hotel this role of Chef de Partie will require you to run a section to the high standards that the Head Chef has put into place.In this role of Chef de Partie you will be assisting with the preparation of dishes for the hotels restaurant, the bar and the banqueting department.As a result you will be able to develop your all round cooking skills as you will receive training to ensure that you are capable of working in all areas. Requirements: This role needs an experienced Chef de Partie who ideally has already been working in hotel kitchens although this is not essential if you have high volume cooking experience from a different style of venue.It is essential that all chefs are used to running a section in a kitchen that is fully focused on fresh food.
