A country house hotel located in the Ambleside region of Cumbria is seeking a Commis Chef in the kitchen Role: A great opportunity is available for a Commis Chef to join the kitchen of a hotel that offers its guests high standards of dining that has won awards and accolades.Working under highly experienced Head and Sous Chefs this role of Commis Chef will allow you to learn a lot, continuing to develop your all round cooking skills.The restaurant at the hotel is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with menus that focus on creating classic dishes that are prepared with modern twists and presented to a high standard. Requirements: All Commis Chefs applying to the role should be used to working in good quality, fresh food kitchens but are seeking a new challenge to widen their abilities.The ability to follow clear instructions and an eagerness to continue to develop your skills through ongoing training is essential.
