Overview
A casual dining venue located in the Ambleside region of Cumbria is seeking a Commis Chef Role: In this role of Commis Chef you will be joining a team of six chefs working in the kitchen of a casual dining venue where you will be working with all fresh food.The venue offers menus for brunch, lunch and dinner with a focus on simple, tasty dishes.As Commis Chef you will receive plenty of training on the job in order to further develop your basic cooking skills and knowledge of the kitchen operation. Requirements: A Commis Chef with basic cooking skills or a recently graduated catering student with NVQ Level 2 would be ideal for this position.The role would suit an eager chef who wants to continue learning whilst working with all fresh ingredients under a team of chefs.
