A busy, fresh food pub located in Stockport is recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen Role: A good quality, fresh food pub which has a busy, fast paced dining operation is seeking a Chef de Partie to work within the kitchen.The pub has the restaurant but also has a separate function room which is used for functions, events and private parties throughout the year.As Chef de Partie you will join the kitchen that serves food 12pm – 8pm daily with menus featuring pub classics but also specials offering more modern dining options. Requirements: A Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie who has been working in fast paced restaurants or pubs is required to take on this position.An ambitious chef who is seeking a role that can offer you long term career options and plenty of training would be ideal for this role.
