Overview
Adapt Recruit are currently looking for enthusiastic and experienced support workers for our client based near Reigate. Our clients provides care to elderly clients within their nursing home. This role has full time permanent position. You will be required to support clients with personal care, administrating medication, taking service users out into the community and any other duties to improve the service users quality of life. Requirements: Genuine interest in working within a caring environment Passionate about working with vulnerable adults and children Satisfactory pre employment checks Previous experience working with elderly clients in a nursing / care home setting. Main Responsibilities: Ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting clients when required with personal care and all other aspects of daily living Provide attention when needed whilst ensuring clients retain their comfort and dignity Ensure full privacy and dignity of clients is maintained at all times, in line with the companies policies and procedures Clean and maintain equipment used by clients
