Job Description Have you ever picked up a prescription for a friend or accompanied someone to the doctor? Have you ever helped someone in your local community, carried their shopping for them? Or, have you simply just lent your ear to a friend or offered a shoulder to lean on when somebody has needed some emotional support? I bet you have, but you haven't really thought about it! Becoming a CAREGiver with Home Instead is simply all those things that you do to enhance the quality of life for seniors and to help keep them independent in their own home. With Home Instead, care means quality care. It means providing support that is completely personalised to the individual and is based on a close bond formed from personality similarities, shared experiences or interests. Most important WE DO NOT "pop in" we have a minimum of two hour visits. Because of this, you can help families know that their loved ones remain safe and well, and cared for at home. You can deliver a rewarding experience to people who may be lonely or require a bit of extra support to retain their independence.
