Overview
Creative Support is a not-for-profit organisation providing high quality person centred support for people with learning disabilities. We are looking for people to join dedicated professional teams providing 24 hour support to people living in their own shared tenancies. The service has been described by CQC as 'Outstanding’ at 'meeting people’s needs and helping them achieve and celebrate goals relating to their health, independence and social lives’. Good conditions of service Although previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, if you have the right values and passion to make a difference, we are keen to hear from you. The role involves regular shifts, weekend work and occasional sleep-in duties (for which an allowance is paid). We would be keen to hear from you if you are able to drive service users’ own motability vehicles (although this is not a requirement for all posts). Closing Date: 07 April 2020
