If so, apply now Key Duties and Responsibilities To provide admin assistant to office staff - this would entail: Answering phones, taking messages or putting calls through Filing, proof of export and ensuring file checks have been done Creating commercial invoices / pack notes - with instruction from manager Logging sales invoices onto Sage Finding files when requested Scanning / copying documents Raising jobs / typing up quotes / calling clients Keeping office / filing areas tidy and clear of rubbish Checking ID & signing visitors in Making Tea / Coffee when required Benefits Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm with an hour’s lunch break (but most people prefer to only have a ½ lunch and leave at 5.30pm) 20 days holiday to start bank holidays (this increases over longevity - so goes up to 25 days after 5 years’ service) Stake holder pension scheme (after 3 months’ probation period is completed) Invited to join the company’s private health care scheme after one year of service
