Systems Engineer - RF, Communication Systems Our client is a highly successful global company, they are looking for a Systems Engineer to join their expanding R&D team. As a Systems Engineer your skills and qualifications will ideally include: HNC in Electrical Engineering with practical experience or equivalent. Hands on experience of general and RF Specific lab equipment (Network / Spectrum Analyzer, RF Signal Generator) Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Practical experience in RF system design Knowledge of Analogue and Digital wireless communication techniques Knowledge of RF measurement equipment and techniques Experience of Alarms, control and monitoring techniques and power supply systems Experience in equipment packaging techniques IT Networks & Protocols iBwave RF propagation tool Good understanding of commercial control with a technical environment Strong teamwork and a positive attitude Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels Confidence to work independently Willingness to travel overseas when required As a Systems Engineer your main responsibilities will involve: Ratify new orders received from the sales/pre-sales team are clean, workable, commercially achievable and maximise the use of standard product portfolio. Produce schematics using Visio and calculations for RF system design Produce Bills of Materials for manufacturing on the Agile system Operate to the systems client sign off and production release process.
