Job title: Senior Sales Administrator Salary: Up to £27k (dependant on experience) Location: Redditch Keywords relating to this position; Customer Service, Account Management, Sales Administration, Quotations, Customer Management A highly successful manufacturing organisation in Redditch is recruiting for a Senior Sales Administrator to join their team on a Permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to get on board with a company who have a very small percentage turnover of staff so positions don't come available very often. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the main objective of this position is to support the Account Manager in looking after key customer accounts, and to process orders and enquiries in an efficient and timely manner. Key responsibilities will include: Providing quotes, prices and delivery timescales to customers Monitoring customer stock levels to ensure that orders can be processed on time whilst ensuring customer are kept up to date Liaising with customers to obtain regular forecasts Co-ordinating projects and ensuring customer requirements are fulfilled Collating artwork and relevant information from customers and distributing to relevant departments Resolving customer requests/queries/complaints Maintaining accurate records Attending customer visits Being open to travel to other European sites on an ad hoc basis The ideal candidate will be an experienced Sales Administrator with customer service experience, who is looking for career progression in a growing company able to offer stability and longevity.
