About the role: The Compliance Manager is accountable for driving improvements to achieve regional service and compliance targets, through the robust analysis of Courier performance on speed of service and ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival). You will have accountability for specific tasks as agreed with the Regional Compliance Manager, such as updating MI reports, analysing data, investigating theft claims, manipulating data and looking at trends. You will contact and visit Couriers at our sub depots, who are not achieving required levels of service and compliance and issue them with service improvement strikes as and when necessary. Liaise with Field Managers to review Courier capabilities and ensure/assist the Field Team to conduct effective Courier improvement training sessions. Our clients are extremely important to us and the service we delivery is key to our success. On occasion there are queries that the helpdesk cannot resolve so as a Compliance Manager, you will support with these client queries through to resolution. Requirements: You must be an analytical thinker A good understanding of Excel, Word and Powerpoint with the ability to create spread sheets and pivot tables Communication is key to this role as is good people management skills and the ability to influence at all levels The ability to demonstrate good problem-solving skills and plan effective contingencies and solutions Benefits: We can offer you a competitive salary, company car, bonus (up to £6,000) and 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
