Overview

Techniche are working closely with a Boutique Technology Development company based in Segensworth, Fareham. Just between Southampton & Portsmouth. The company specialise in mobile applications & web applications. Their products are are used in both B2C & B2B markets. This role will be responsible for performing overall testing and validation of software (mobile & web application) products against outlined specifications. Previous experience in a similar role, challenging developers and working within an Agile team is essential. Essential Experience Required: Creating Regression packs Mobile App testing Web App testing Test Data creation Database interrogation Chrome dev tools JIRA (or experience with Defect management tools) Comfortable with Web environments (general technical understanding of web development - not developer standard) Desirable (non-essential) skills: Automation testing Load testing Stress & performance testing Security testing Data manipulation testing Agile environment experience Experience working in both localise and offshore teams Insurance sector software product experience/knowledge Any form of basic development skills (Java, Javascript, Angular framework, Python etc) This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89716399
