Are you an Application Support Analyst looking to progress your career? Your new company You'll be working for an innovative and fast-paced business amongst an established Service Desk team. We're heavily investing in the development of our people, striving to give them the platform to reach their full potential. Your new role As the Application Support Analyst you'll be applying configuration changes and ensuring these are tested to the agreed timescales, whilst providing 2nd line support to the Service Desk in relation to relevant applications. You will also provide ad-hoc application support for deployments and projects. What you'll need to succeed Your background will originate from a "control based" environment and be experienced in an application support or customer facing role. You'll have great understanding of core applications used in the configuration process and be able to drive changes to configuration data.
