Finance Business Partner | Service Sector| Leicester | Up to £55,000 Are you a commercially minded fully qualified accountant open to a fresh challenge? Are you a proven Management Accountant with an analytically mind yet find yourself thriving in the people facing aspects of your role? Can you see yourself as the ‘face of finance’ building and maintaining relationships with other business units? If you then I am currently working for a highly reputable SME (£100m) in the Leicester area as they look to enhance their commercial finance talent. What can you expect to be doing? Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business (UK only) enhancing communication, the finance brand and enhancing operational efficiency Use continuous improvement mindset and methodologies to reduce overheads and enhance profitability Provide detailed variance analysis along with relevant commentary and advice Support with Budgeting and Forecasting process Produce relevant commercial analysis covering trends , margins and pricing to influence strategy Support with monthly management accounts for relevant business area Ensure compliance with all procedures and regulations at all times What do you need to be considered? 5 Years Experience in relevant positions Fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) Analytical Mind Effective Communicator A Completer Finisher Motivated By Results Interested?
