Overview
A London market Legacy specialist is recruiting for a new Legacy Finance Manager to manage the reporting and integration tasks of the Legacy function to ensure financial and capital efficiency. Reporting to the Head of Legacy Operations the successful applicant will work in conjunction with the M&A teams to manage the effective integration of legacy transactions with a focus on banking/treasury, Solvency II/capital and reporting requirements. You will be the point of contact for the Financial and Operational viability of a potential Legacy merger, acquisition or transfers contemplated by the Group liaising with the Group Finance and Capital Tax departments to comment on suitability of transactions and the implication of any proposed transaction You will also be the point of contact for Legacy Reporting including the preparation of Group Board reports, performance KPIs, financial projections for the purposes of budgeting and capital planning and compliance with any applicable UK or International statutory or regulatory obligations. Applicants must be qualified accountants with a good knowledge of (Re)insurance legacy structures and proven integration and/or M&A experience.
