Page Personnel are currently recruiting an Office Manager for a client in Leeds City Centre. Client Details Our client is a long establish reputable business with a great footing in their market. The business is looking to recruit an Office Manager in Leeds to add value to it's operation. Description Office Manager - Leeds The role as Office Manager will include taking care of extensive diary management, arranging internal/external meetings and travel arrangements. You will also produce presentation materials, bids and tenders, agendas and minutes and documents. You will also provide full oversight and management of the Office, ensuring the smooth operational running and resolving issues where required. You will also be responsible for organising internal and external company events and attending these with the Director. Profile The successful candidate will have: Current/previous working knowledge of working in Office Manager capacity Excellent communication skills - essential Strong stakeholder management skills, able to liaise with other Managers in Operations Able to implement processes and procedures - essential Job Offer Salary on offer £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience, 23 days holiday plus stats, City Centre and generous benefits package.
