Overview

Newstaff Employment Services are looking to recruit a Sales Order Administrator for their client a leading importer, wholesaler and distributor of quality chiiled food based in Luton. The role is an immedidate start paying £9.00 an hour, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and this could lead to a permanent role, subject to the demands of business as they are very busy at present. The role is as follows: Key Person to Answering the Telephone  Taking Sales Orders  Dealing with Queries  Transferring Calls  Dealing with Sales Reps Orders/Queries Sales Order Processing  Inputting Sales Orders  Supplying Sales Orders  Raising Relevant Drivers Paperwork – Delivery Notes and Invoices  Preparing Drivers Book Work for the following Day  Preparing Statements for Drivers Book Work  Raising Credit Notes  Daily Filing  Daily Scanning of Delivery Notes  Reconciling Daily Drivers Book Work (6 Vans) Cover for Purchase Ledger (Holiday Time)  Checking Suppliers Invoices against Purchase Orders  Inputting Invoices  Checking Supplier Statements  Weekly Payment Runs  Queries  Checking Haulage Invoices to ensure correct costs have been charged  Dealing with VAT Invoices Ad Hoc Duties  Mail Shots (Assisting Admin Manager)  Monthly Statement Run  Weekly Van Drops  Collating Fuel Receipts/Expenses  Any other duties that are required within the business Should you wish to apply for this role, please send your CV to
