Financial Accountant | £38,000 - £42,000 | Bolton | High Growth PE Backed SME | Rounded & Progressive Role Axon Moore are exclusively working alongside a private equity backed SME based in Bolton who are looking to expand their finance function with the addition of a new Financial Accountant. This is an exciting time to join the business as they continue to expand quickly through organic growth and go through a large professionalisation period creating a variety of interesting projects. This is a brand-new opportunity for the individual to make this role their own, and it will progress inline with the business as they expand in the next couple of years. The role overview will be progressive but will begin with: - Financial Accounting including Stat accounts, tax work, balance sheet control, reporting year end - Management accounting including month end responsibilities - Progression into cash flow forecasting, commercial analysis There will be additional opportunities for higher exposure to different projects that will be extremely valuable for career development. This includes projects around business growth, integration of new acquisitions and improving processes and controls.
