CLOUD SPECIALIST (PYTHON & BIGQUERY) LONDON (SHOREDITCH) BETWEEN £50,000 - £55,000 The role of Cloud Specialist will involve joining a market leading digital agency. The company has an end to end digital analytics offering that involves working with clients who have a large online presence. Due to their clients large digital presence - this role will involve working with large and complex data sets. This role involves operating as a Data Engineer with their "their head in the clouds" COMPANY: The companies broad mission is to facilitate their clients understanding their website data better. In the past 12 months they have had a massive demand for data engineers with experience working in the cloud. Due to the number of projects they are launching in the coming weeks - they are looking for a GCP focused Data Engineer to join the existing team. ROLE: Building data pipelines using Python Adherence to best practice software engineering principals (Python)(TDD, Unit testing, OOP) Working with GCP - the major focus here is BigQuery - however other GCP experience preferred Stakeholder engagement - you will be interacting with clients SKILLS & EXPERIENCES: Commercial Python programming experience Experience building complex & scalable ETL pipelines Adherence to best practices such as TDD & BDD BigQuery or Google Analytics exposure preferred HOW TO APPLY: Please register your interest by sending your CV to William Wrigley via the apply link on this page
