Experienced Support Workers needed for a number of providers across North Essex - Call today for further info Your new company Hays Social Care are working with a number of Social Care providers across North Essex, who provide care for those with Autism, Learning Disabilities or Dementia. Your new role You will be working with clients of varying ages in Residential Care or Supported Living. In some posts you will work as part of a team, in others, lone working, but the clients we work with have supportive managers to offer you any help you need. What you'll need to succeed You must be able to show a real enthusiasm for the work you do to really help make a difference to the lives of others. You will need to have at least 6 months experience as a Support Worker in the last 2 years and car drivers are preferred although not essential.
