Overview
Our client is a Specialist Finance lender in London who are looking for an experienced Underwriter to join their team. A background in Specialist Lending is essential however the client will look at a variety of backgrounds including Buy to Let, Bridging and niche Commercial. Additionally, it is important that you have held a mandate in past role/s. Ultimately, it will be the responsibility of the Underwriter to ensure that new proposals are underwritten in adherence to all relevant policies and guidelines. You will work closely with the wider team and particularly with Case Managers to ensure that Underwriting decisions are fully understood and communicated.
