Exciting opportunity to join a global Software as a Service organisation. £25,000 Benefits Implementation Consultant Witney, Oxfordshire UK £25,000 Benefits Your new company Hays are representing globally successful Software as a Service organisation who are undertaking dramatic growth following continued investment in their infrastructure practice. They now seek a Junior Implementation Consultant to provide an excellent implementation experience to their clients. Your new role You'll be responsible for the successful implementation of SaaS systems post sales as well as advising on integration. You'll grow your own ability through on-the-job training and shadowing more experienced team members. You will have the autonomy to support and guide a diverse user base, managing client relationships through the duration of the implementation process. You'll also have the opportunity to improve and expand on the company's systems and procedures through personal contribution and collaboration. What you'll need to succeed You'll use your exceptional communication and organisational skills to instil confidence in the client base whilst helping drive projects forward from inception to completion. Working knowledge of SaaS environment will aid in your success. You must be highly motivated with the ability to achieve goals in accordance with strict deadlines.
