NEW POSITION FOR A MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT BASED IN CANARY WHARF DO YOU HAVE 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR POSITION AND NOW LOOKING FOR THE NEXT STEP? DO YOU ENJOY BEING A PART OF A GROWING COMPANY WHERE YOU CAN IMPROVE/IMPLEMENT NEW IDEAS? My client is in High End Distribution (it’s fancier than is sounds, I promise) and they are looking for an intelligent, well rounded Management Accountant to join their team. This is the perfect role for someone who wants to continue their studies and grow their knowledge. WHAT WILL THE ROLE INCLUDE? YOU, will have ownership of monthly management accounts and KPIs. Accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliation, cash flow… Reconcile monthly revenue to cost of sales and work with the business to investigate and explain differences. Got WIP knowledge? This will be a bonus Providing value add business analysis, proactive business partnering. Review weekly estimate and conversion reports prior to submission. Work with the Financial Controller to structure Finance processes to achieve accounting best practice. Review the submission of all statutory returns, including VAT, National Statistics and Insurance renewals. Assist in annual audit. WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR? Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA Confident, bubbly and personable Great attention to detail - must be able to spot those mistakes EXCEL: VLOOK UPS and PivoT Tables (these are a must) WHAT CAN THIS OPPORTUNITY OFFER YOU?
