Overview
Senior Billings Analyst - Creative Agency - London Senior Billings Analyst required for a fast growing Creative agency based in Central London. This Billings Analyst is responsible for Billing, WIP, Accounts Payable and Credit Control management. This role sits within the wider finance ream reporting to senior management. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all invoices for fees and costs are raised as per the client's requirements Ensure that time is matched appropriately for both of the divisions Maintain client data forms Ensure that all new jobs are opened and codes provided to the divisions, old jobs are closed down and any balances cleared Ensure that employees for the divisions are maintained at the correct grade/rate Take responsibility for producing weekly missing time sheet reports for the business and ensure employees identified with missing time are notified and details communicated Ensure that no WIP items are out standing over a period of 60 days and ensure that all WIP items for the division area get billed Provide monthly aged WIP reports with detailed commentary on action points for internal distribution Take responsibility for controlling and monitoring the WIP account for the division Ensure that all revenue is backed up by correct client documentation required by other divisions are complete and revenue recognised on their behalf Maintain and update a contract list for the division Assist with any audit queries Complete individual, detailed balance sheet aging reports each month and review with the business manager, agreeing any actions Maintain overall revenue in accordance with the fee forecast and update Business Manager with any discrepancies Set expectations, standards, manage and motivate the team to achieve their best Flex tone/style and delivery to better connect and get the best from others Highlight any training and development needs to the Business Manager Provide constructive and timely feedback where appropriate Demonstrate an understanding of the overall business strategy Assist with the delivery of the finance business plan and delivers on the action plan Actively contribute and participate in finance team meetings Key Skills: Previous experience working within a finance setting - ideally within Billing A background within Media/Creative agency is desirable Experience using SAP is desirable but not essential Excellent communication skills IT literate with ability to use MS Excel to a intermediate level Strong attention to detail Ability to work in fast paced environments and meet deadlines Apply today Handle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high volume of applications we receive we are unable to respond to everyone.
