Experience isn't essential but it is important that you will share our values and are passionate about delivering outstanding outcomes for the children we care. Resolute Care provides "Outstanding" (Ofsted, May 2016, December 2016, July 2017, August 2018, January 2019, September 2019, December 2019) residential care for 'Looked After Children' with emotional and behavioural issues. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the UKs most highly respected providers. You will require excellent people skills, be able to develop and maintain good working relationships, good leadership skills and the willingness to undertake additional Qualifications (Level 3 Diploma CYPW) and all training provided. The role is required to "sleep in" for which an additional payment is paid. You will be required to work a rolling rota contract of 10 shifts per calendar month starting each shift at 10:00 am working through 23:00 Sleeping In at the home followed by 07:00 - 10:30 am (end of shift) . An additional payment of £50 is made for every sleep in completed. The company has a fantastic support structure in place and training is ongoing. Hourly rates start at £9.21 per hour to £10.21 per hour Bonuses are also paid with service and this is an excellent opportunity for you to join the East Midlands most successful residential childcare provider.
