Overview

Due to Covid-19, Tezlom are recruiting Support Workers to work within the Southport and Liverpool areas and we need YOU now, more than ever. We are conducting video interviews instead of face to face and are accepting all documents of ID to be scanned in line with Government and Disclosure Barring Service guidelines. This role is ideal for experienced Support Workers wanting either full time flexible work or just 1 - 2 shifts a week. As a Support Worker, weekly pay is £8.72 - £11 per hour paid via PAYE with no charge for payroll. There is an increase if you’re working as a Limited Company. This particular service specialises in providing support for people with learning and physical disabilities, mental health concerns, substance misuse, complex care and autism. Support is provided in a variety of settings, including: individual homes or flats, shared housing/accommodation, extra care schemes and individual outreach/floating support services. Duties will include; support to enhance cooking, cleaning, shopping, budgeting and also supporting the person’s independence by enabling them to make their own choices and decisions about life. The role of a Support Worker can be extremely rewarding however challenging and requires you to be organised and work as part of a team.
